To enhance communication and member satisfaction, we have introduced Ambassadors Meetings—a key initiative that strengthens the link between SACCO Management, the Customer Service Team, and our valued members.
These meetings provide a dedicated platform where member representatives (ambassadors) engage directly with UN SACCO leadership and the customer service team. The main objective is to gather feedback, address concerns, and develop solutions that improve the overall experience for every member.
